We've seen Kramer get sick after eating an ancient hot dog in his movie theatre...

Ones I haven't seen mentioned yet:

Kramer had a kidney stone in one ep and he had to pass it out. Very painful that one.

Also there was the time when Kramer used butter instead of shaving cream. He fell asleep on the roof in the sun and cooked himself. Later in that ep, he's in his hot tub and Newman is tempted by the smell of cooked Kramer!!! That was hilarious.
