Even though George is a jerk, I couldn't help feeling sorry for him. It might not have been so bad seeing him as a hand model. It's not a totally posh life. They have to worry about people bumping into them, getting their hand caught in doors (revolving doors are nightmares), etc. Even the tiniest scratch will put them out of work. It's a fairly neurotic life -- perfect for George, no?
