Having watched some of the extras on these DVDs, I'll have to say I'm pretty pleased. There are interesting tidbits about every episode with some information I'd never heard (e.g. Lawrence Tierney aka Alton Benes and why he didn't become reccuring character). Funny outtakes, some one- time co-stars adlibbing (old man in The Pony Remark). Only thing which could've been made better were the commentarys. There are commentarys with:
-Jerry and Larry Obviously Larry hasn't seen the shows he's commentating for 14 years as he says himself and he and Jerry just seem to wander off from commentating and forget themselfs to just watching the show and laughing to funny stuff. It gets better for the second commentary, though. It's really funny how the things happened in these episodes were really just what happened to Larry in real life.
-Julia, Jason and Michael Julia keeps reminding about the hair and outfits and how they didn't hold up in the test of time (except for Kramer). Otherwise interesting commentating, but they too for a while forget why they are there and just watch the episodes.
-Larry Charles Commentating the episodes he wrote, so there's interesting things and relations to real life happenings, but they should've got someone else with him to do this so there would be some interacting.
All said, these are worth the money and there's much to watch. Can't wait the next release.
