For a number of episodes leading up to the Bubble Boy, Kramer would always light up a cigar and set himself or something on fire. It was one of the best foreshadowing jobs that they did. The funny thing about it was, he'd set something on fire every week, and no one would hardly notice, or comment when he lit up another one. And finally we get to the second to last episode and Kramer lights up -- but it's not the cigar that starts the fire this time! I almost died laughing at the irony. ;)
