If you want to get technical about it, there's been so
much criminal conduct on the show, all the way from
parking in handicapped spaces, to reckless driving, to har-
boring an escaped fugitive, to mugging (remember the
stolen marble rye loaf?), to embezzlement, to arson, to criminally negligent
homicide, that all the gang probably ought to be in jail (and some of them
have been, for film bootlegging and/or public urination).
But why be technical? Hey, they'd all be freed on

Well, I must admit it was quite amusing, but as I watched that scene I cringed, as I could almost envision disgruntled viewers launching a tirade against the writers for making a joke out of robbery and assault of the elderly.
Then she showed up at his parents place in Florida and voted against his father running for condo president or something.
