In the Mom and Pop Store, at the very end when Jerry & Kramer are on the bus headed for NJ to find Mom & Pop selling Jerry's sneakers at a garage sale.... Kramer gets a nose bleed, complains to Jerry, Jerry comforts Kramer, old-timey music plays, Kramer says, "I ain't goin' to no stinkin' Bellevue."
I'm guessing this whole scene is playing off of some classic movie or tv scene but i have no idea what it is. Anyone?

I love that ending where Jerry holds Kramer and the music is playing.
