UK fans discuss Paramount's schedule changes for Seinfeld broadcasts and try to figure out which episodes aired when, with confusion about whether "The Glasses" was shown.
Can anyone tell me - with all the recent changes to Paramount's schedules, and Seinfeld now moved to 9pm, and the Cable Guide magazine being all wrong - did I miss "The Glasses" over the weekend? The ones I've taped since Friday are:
65 The Mango
66 The Puffy Shirt
68 The Sniffing Accountant
69 The Bris
70 The Lip ReaderTeletext said there was none on Saturday night, so I didn't set the video....but was it on?

Sorry, you did miss "The Glasses". :-( I don't know why Paramount changed a perfectly good schedule. Now Seinfeld is up against a brand new Friends episode every thursday night. That shouldn't increase viewer numbers. This is the "new" schedule:

I don't think there were any episodes on Sunday. By a process of elimation (based on what my TV listings say should be on and what's _actually_ been shown) I'm _guessing_ that "The Puffy Shirt" and "The Glasses" are to be shown tomorrow and Thursday.

Oh bugger, I missed the "Puffy Shirt" - when was that on? Looks like Saturday according to your list, but my cable guide said there wasn't any Seinfeld on on Saturday - Paramount seem to have taken a left turn with the episodes recently and it's completely thrown my viewing schedule for a loop....

I thnk the Puffy Shirt was actually on Friday. Saturday was The Glasses. I got June's cable guide yesterday, it seems like they are going up to episode 86 (The Opposite) then starting again with the older ones.

So what are these "new episodes" Paramount are advertising from next Thursday onwards then? I thought they'd be running all the way through, albeit in their usual haphazard manner - at least if they're going back to the start I can try and catch the puffy shirt again in about 6 weeks.....
