Elaine comes up with the name OJ for Jeramie cause he has same name as a serial killer. Was that ep made before or after OJ was in trouble?

OJ has never been in trouble for being a serial killer. He has been accused of killing only two peoplne, and that is a charge that was wrongful. So it doesn't matter if it was made before or after that, the name OJ is better than any serial killer's name.
