At the end of the above mentioned episode Jerry and Kramer get on a bus to try to get Jerry�s sneakers back and Kramer�s nose start to bleed and Jerry comfort him. This scene seems to be from a movie, is this true? If so which movie is this taken from?

Ya, it was from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
It is a parody of the movie Deliverance starring Jon Voight and Burt Reynolds.

It's a parody of Midnight Cowboy. I guess it was an homage to Jon Voight, who appeared in the movie as well as that particular episode.
