The Chinese Resteraunt

Why does everyone say this one is so good? I didn't think it was that funny. Am I forgetting something. My personal favorite episode would either be the 10 cent deposit one or the marine biologist.

i think one innovative thing about the chinese rest. episode was that it took place in "real" time - that is to say, the 22 or so minutes of the episode are 22 real minutes of jerry's, elaine's, and george's lives, waiting to get a table at the restaurant. this is pretty unusual and interesting as far as a sit-com episode is concerned

Yes, but I remember a M*A*S*H epidsode which did that also. The thing about that one was that there was a clock in the corner of the screen which counted down the time.

I don't remember the exact story line of that one, but I think it had something to do with a life-saving procedure that had to be completed in a certain period of time for success.
