Even though, they are pretty easy to find.... just press 'left' or 'right' on any of the menu items (mostly in the 'extras' menus) that do not have a logical 'left' or 'right' function, as with 'up' and 'down' with menu items that only have 'left' or 'right' functions. I believe this is how all of them (at least most of them) are hidden.
It is not like the Star Wars DVD's where you have to be some sort of rubber-finger-athlete to press an 18-key sequence/combination on the remote while miming "1138" and spelling "Lucas is God" out loud.
