I know that Jerry often says "Good luck with all that" after someone gets themselves into a bad or interesting situation.
Does anyone know a specific episode where he says it? I would love to find a sound clip of this or I can make one myself if he says it during seasons 1-4 (I have those on DVD).

The Serenity Now episode when George opens himself up to Jerry and tells him of all of his darkest secrets and dreams. Jerry becomes quite horrified and backs away from George and says "Good luck with all that!".
i think that's the same episode where jerry's dating a woman that's stirring up emotions in him, so he tells some stuff to George and then George unloads on Jerry whereby Jerry recoils and says "yikes, good luck with all that". also, jerry had proposed to elaine, who walks in right after George opens up to Jerry and (elaine) says "OK let's do it, let's get married", and Jerry says something like "I don't see it happening" and Elaine says why not and Jerry replies, "i think George scared me straight"!

I was thinking about this one and thought it would be fun for people to guess what George told Jerry. I'll got first:
I think George revealed about himself that he feels he is a person who can't be happy. No matter what comes his way, he finds some way to making the outcome work against him. In addition, George doesn't feel he is worthy of love which is why he screwed up every female relationship he has ever had.
Dark enough for Jerry to say, "Good luck with all that", or darker still? You try. As the soup guy would say, "Next!". :-)
