In the Glasses shown in the UK last night , Kramer informs Elaine that his friend 'Bob Sacramento' has had rabies. I am sure this 'Bob Sacramento' has cropped up before. Kramer often mentions friends who have had similar experiences to the gang or who can help them out (by selling them junk!). Is this friend always called Bob Sacramento? I am sure it was Bob Sacramento who sold Elaine the fake sable hat when George lost the real one by deliberately leaving it at his girlfriends house so he had an excuse to go back there!!!!

Doesn't Kramer have another friend who's name always comes up but you never meet him? I'm sure there is.

Lomez, yes. Among other things, he used to host the Jewish Singles Night that Kramer handled in "The Fatigues".

And Jay Riemenschneider, he was Kramer's friend who ate horse meat.

I thought Lomez was one of the two landlord who were going to rent the apartment to Elaine above Jerry and wanted $5k and then $10k to do it. Was either of those two guys named Lomez?

As far as I remember Slippery Pete is the electrician who helps George in The Frogger. I think Kramer mentioned that they didn't get along, so he's not a friend.

Right. Kramer had sex with Slippery Pete's mail order bride. He figured it was okay since he signed for her.

Kramer also mentioned that his peculiar name is something they fight about, leading me to believe it's an ongoing issue. If they weren't friends of a sort, Slippery Pete wouldn't be doing Kramer the favor and the wouldn't have this long term name issue between them. I'd think they get along sometimes and not so much other times, but for the sake of the Kramer's Friends list, they could probably be considered friends.
