It doesn't exist. In a lengthy article in a recent LA TImes about the show's 100th episode, Michael Richards said they only made one mock-up of the book for the show. He wanted to keep it, but forgot about it after the taping. When he tried to retrieve it, it was gone -- someone on the staff lifted it. He said something like, it'll be a collectible in a few years...
