Jailhouse officers charged with watching "Seinfeld" on security monitor

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (AP) - Clinton County Sheriff's Department brass aren't saying "yada, yada, yada" after three officers allegedly disabled a jailhouse security monitor to watch the final episode of "Seinfeld."
Two deputies and a sergeant were suspended after apparently disconnecting the monitor which allows a view of the Clinton County Jail's maximum-security cell block, and connecting it to a cable wire to watch the two-hour show on May 14, the Press-Republican of Plattsburgh reported today.
