puffy shirt

My favorite episode of Seinfeld is the show where Kramer is dating the lady that is a close talker. And One night when Kramer, the close talker, Elaine, and Jerry go out to dinner, Jerry agrees to wear the puffy pirate shirt on the Today show because he couldn't hear what she was saying. Bryant Gumbel liked his shirt and so do I. Does anybody know where I can get one like it because I hear that pirate clothes are making a comeback?!?

Hey, get your talkers straight! She wasn't a close talker, she was a low talker. Judge Reinhold was the close talker. *grin*

I think Kramer dated a 'low' talker. Elaine dated the close talker (Judge Reinhold)

Kramer's girl friend was the LOW talker, not the CLOSE talker. Judge Reinhold was Elaine's boyfriend Aaron, the close talker.

The other great thing about "The Puffy Shirt" was George's experience as a hand model. One of the great all-time George plots!

YES! YES! YES! Judge Reinhold was the close talker (because he stood CLOSE to people when he talked) Kramer's girlfriend was the low talker (becuase she talked at a LOW volume)

You see! Jerry agreed to wear the puffy shirt because he couldn't hear what Kramer's girlfriend was saying! If she was a close talker, he would have heard *exactly* what she said.

Is this so confusing?
