if the exterior shot of Jerry's building is centered on his apt. then it would imply that his apt is on the 5th floor. You can see the tops of trees and I doubt many sidewalk trees reach to the 11th floor.

I dont think there would be an apt 501 in the same building,,as for how they get up to the apt so quickly..in the same episode...was The Elevator...I havent timed how long it takes from when they buzz to when they get in the apartment..( nor can I see what buzzer he rings when he is buzzing people up to the apartment ( which I believe is on the Fifth floor ).I am not THAT involved.
