The 100th episode is what is generally needed for syndication and big $$ (ask Cosby and Roseanne). FWIW the math is like this, in syndication they can strip the show (play them every night in prime access). 52 weeks * 5 nites = 250 shows. So with 100 episodes each one is broadcast twice +.
100 in the can, so to speak.
BTW, try to get the Hollywood Reporter special 100th issue. It's always fun and they do it for each show that gets to 100 episodes ... Has anyone seen it??? I still have the ALF issue (and will treasure it always).
