Fans recall and clarify a reference to ABSCAM from an episode, with one correcting that Kramer made the allusion about the accountant, not George.

somwhere in some episode george makes an allusion to "abscam".. i think it went like this: abscam, jerry, it's just like abscam.. please help me figure this one out. dave

It was actually Kramer who made that reference. It was in the episode where they think Jerry's accountant is on drugs. His line went something like this:

Kramer: "It's like ABSCAM, ABSCAM Jerry."
