The episode when K-man goes to LA they out-right DON't show his first name... When the serial killer had killed a girl Kramer knew, and the cop on the scene picked up Kramers script... It flashed on screen, but it was torn... obviously so we only see his last name... That's when I realized;

a) Kramer is his last name

b) We will have to wait a LONG time to find out his first name

My guess is Warren
