Frank Costanza said "... 'The Net' with the girl from 'The Bus' ..." in one episode (could it be "The Serenity Now"?).
Anyway, 'The Bus' must obviously be 'Speed', but could it be that Frank lives under the impression that every movie and TV-series-episode must be entitled 'The ...'? I mean, (almost) all Seinfeld episodes are named "The ...". Could it be one of these far-fetched jokes that would only work in Seinfeld (and maybe not even there)? Or should I go back to bed?

Actually, it wasn't the type of disjointed far-fetched notion that a lack of sleep might produce, I'd say stay up unless you're tired.
