Best Silent Comedy

We all have our favorite lines, but what about the great silent bits in Seinfeld? There are lots - here are two of my favorites:

1) George and Jerry waiting while the tape rewinds in "The Soul Mate". Normally a sitcom will avoid "dead air" like this, which is what makes this scene so funny. They just stand there waiting, looking uncomfortable.

2) Newman with the dental tape in "The Sniffing Accountant". He tries it, says he doesn't like it, and places it oh so carefully on the dash of Jerry's car. The disgusted look on Jerry's face is hilarious.

Any others?

Right, I love that part! But did anyone else notice it took way too long? There was less than a minute of tape to rewind, since the recorder stopped after the briefcase was dropped. The time to rewind it would've only been a couple of seconds.

But I certainly don't watch Seinfeld for realism. :-)

Jerry's reaction to Elaine's "I'd better go see my mother, she's got me some new panties, and they're all laid out for me...."

I forget the episode, it was maybe 'The Cheever Letters' somewhere in the middle of Season 4 anyway.
