(Warning: This is one person's opinion, not the only one)
The Bizarro World episode is getting a ton of praise and I can't see why. The Elaine segment was very good, esp. the Bizarro Kramer character. After that...I just didn't get into it. But I felt Kramer acted out of character and George with the picture didn't have a funny moment until he cut the ad out of the magazine. I'd give it a C-. It is however the best episode that David Mandel has written thus far (although anything would've been an improvement over the episode with Ramon and "The Friars Club," the worst Seinfeld ever IMO.)
Spike Feresten is a very good writer, I think he's almost as good as Peter Mehlman, a few more episodes may put him on a par with him. I enjoyed almost all of this episode, except one thing bugged me...Jerry seemed to switch his position on bootlegging too quickly, it seemed too out of the blue. A solid episode though, a B+.
