George Fine, just fine.

I'm very greatful for the scripts being done, and I thank you hard working people who write them.

That being said I would prefer them formatted as close to the official TV sitcom format as practically possible.

If this is too hard to achieve I would prefer the scripts at least looking similar which is far easier to achieve if each individual writer does it by himself instead of the poor website owner hosting them has to reformat them. So a standard would be a good thing.

heh moten you read my mind, currently i'm in the construction process of www.seinology.com we currently offer a FANtastic forum for users to come and discuss seinfeld as well as other facets of life....there are loads of trivia threads and games going that would make any seinfeld fan druel or laugh at the users who know just TOO much about the best sitcom of all time.

i am currently re-formatting all the scripts listed on "The News Guy (Mike)"'s website to be as close to true tv scripts as possible

which is (character name tabbed in twice) (character's line)

(location changes are in all caps and italized and 1 font size higher) (actions the character does are italized, not all caps, same font size as lines and names)

it takes ruffly 5-10 mins to reformat the scripts but it's worth it because it will create a complete unity amoung the scripts :-)

Good idea. Don't forget to give credits to the transcribers and to The News Guy. You know what would be really great? I actually thought of doing it myself, but I'm afraid I'll never have the time to do it. I would like a browsable and searchable offline scripts database in Windows helpfile format just like the Seinguide:

seinology.com is here to stay and keep alive a show that many are fans of but can't find a site that can offer EVERYTHING about seinfeld....
