The episode "The Robbery" was so named because Jerry's TV,VCR, etc. was stolen out of his apartment due to Kramer leaving Jerry's door open. Since there was no force applied to any PERSON, technically/legally there can be no robbery, because only a PERSON can be the object of a robbery. Since the criminal conduct was the theft of personal property from an apartment, it can be said, at most, to have been a BURGLARY", but even then, there was NO "breaking" into the apartment because the door was left open. Hence, the episode should have been more aptly titled as: "The Larceny".
