Help Please!

If it's not too much trouble, could someone please describe what happened in the final scene of last week's dentist episode. I'm referring to the part at the very end in which Kramer and Jerry are walking down the street with Kramer reading Penthouse. In their infinite wisdom, the station here in Tampa decided to cut in at this point to let us know what was coming up on the news. So instead of getting this final joke, I was treated with the anchorwoman's face. They returned just in time for me to see a surprised look on Jerry's face.

So if anyone would be kind enough to post a brief synopsis or something (or e-mail me at the address below), I'd be grateful.

I'll give this a shot for you...

Kramer begins to read a Penthous letter. He begins with the usual... "I didn't think these stories were true but..." The letter continues with, "...I was in the dentist office." It goes on to describe a bizarre sexual encounter taking place between a dentist and his receptionist- While the patient was under... Just enough detail for Jerry to make the association with his own experience which puts that look on his face!

In the final scene of the "Jimmy" episode, Kramer is reading a Penthouse letter from a dentist who, along with his assistant, sexually violated a sedated patient. Jerry is stunned to hear the letter.
