Fans compile chronological list of George and Elaine's jobs throughout the series, with discussion of various positions held and clarification of company names.
Ok, I don't think this subject has been covered lately, but I would like to see it.
Put George and Elaine's jobs in chronological order, Here is what I could come up with off the top of my head, probably out of order. I think potential jobs should probably count, George as a Latex Salesman with Vandalay Industires.
George:
Yankees Kruger Industrial (not sure exact name) Play it (again, not sure exact name)
Elaine:
Pendant Publishing Mr. Pitt's assistant J. Peterman
What else?

George sold real estate when the show started. Forget the companies name. He also had a fake job at Tyson Chicken. Also I suppose you could say his role on the board that was started after Susan died was a job. Geroge treated it like one.

I haven't subscribed to any of them, so I don't know which ones are text ones. (Presumably you subscribed to alt.binaries.tv.simpsons.) You'll have to check your own server anyway to see which ones it carries, any or all of the above. Maybe there are even some others.
As far as how to list the available ones, I'm using Outlook Express, which allows you to display all newsgroups on your server which contain a particular character string, e.g., "simpsons." If you're using a different e-mail program, I can't be of any further assistance.
