Hi again you said you can answer any seinfeld question and I have one: I remember Jerry spoke one time in the stand-up at the beginning of the show about how so many people get married and how he doesnt understand why is it so popular. do you know what is the name of the episode it was in ? do you remember what was his exact words ? thanx

In the episode where George gets the job as a bra salesman. He goes to the elevator and "feels the material" of the woman standing there. When the woman calls for Sid Fargas, does he say "I'm sorry, Mr Gronmont"?

Why does Jerry call George...Biff?

I think he once called Biff Loman (from Arthur Miller's "Death of a Salesman") the biggest loser in the history of American literature.

Since I mentioned it, can you recall an episode where that play was mentioned (other than during George=Biff references)?

I think there is one episode where George tells Jerry he has found a name he would call himself, if he should ever become a pornstar. This was Biff Naked. At least this is the case in the German version.

No, Biff is in reference to Biff Loman from the Arthur Miller play "Death of a Salesman." Jerry said that Biff was "the biggest loser in the history of American literature."

The porn star name that George came up with was Buck Naked.

Incidentally, "Death of a Salesman" recently won four Tonys including Best Revival of a Play. :-)
