Syndication Shows Seinfeld Less Than Usual

Here in the upstate of SC, local syndication has stopped showing seinfeld 6 times a week and now only shows it 5 times a week, yet they're now showing friends 12 times a week. Has it changed anything like this anywhere else?

They did the same thing in NY I believe. Used to be on at 11 pm Sunday-Friday, not it's 7:30 pm M-F

I think in NY, they play it on Saturdays now which they didn't before so its a wash as far as the number of days, but I preferred it at 11:00.
