There was a post on here a couple days ago that supposedly was from JLD. It showed here e-mail address as -- [email] -- I was just curious if anyone knew if that was a real message or just a phony one.

Posters discuss whether a post supposedly from Julia Louis-Dreyfuss with a @seinfeld.com email address was authentic, with skepticism that Castle Rock Entertainment owns that domain.

@Seinfeld.com? No... Castel Rock Ent. owns that domain name and MCI I think are the people they go through for mail! If you want, You can call up the Nippers at MCI and ask if the mail addresses are in use! However from the little help that I got from them, You will not even find a person who speaks English!

Yes, that was Julia. She comes on occasionally to flame people who say she has a big head. She gets quite huffy about it.

You'd be surprised who reads this newsgroup, although some of the posters appear to be in the wrong place--make that world--and should be in the alt.ridiculous group.
