Too much?

Since TBS started twice a day eps, I have access to 4 episodes every day now, like many people I suspect. I also find myself watching the show LESS because there are so many, I only pick and choose, knowing I will always be able to catch an episode I'm not so crazy about another time.

The antithesis does occur sometimes-- Both TBS and local affiliate show eps at 630 and occasionally they both show ones I really like at the same time and am torn to choose. The point to all this I suppose is that I find that my actually Sein watching hasn't increased all that much since TBS started showing, despite the increase in opportunities.

On a different, tho not entirely irrelevant topic, does anyone besides me feel that this season's CYE is the funniest thing on TV, maybe ever? Every episode this season so far has been hysterical, and the show is not relying entirely on LD putting his foot in his mouth so much (although that does still exist of course).

The same thing happens here in Philly at 7:30 pm. I usually flip back and forth between the two. Odd fact: the first commercial is always the same on both stations (must be built in to the syndication package).

No! Not me. I've been disappointed by the show so far this season and I'm afraid they may have peaked last year. The episode where he's trying to fob off an unwanted shirt on Ted Danson as a gift was painfully close to "The Red Dot".

There have been funny moments like when he got into a juvenile shouting match with Tim Kazurinsky's son but, overall, it seems like more of the same only not as good.

I'm also disappointed with the Sopranos and, impossible to believe, I actually found myself laughing at the loathsome "Mind Of The Married Man" this week. The flashback scene where the dog walks out with a dildo in its jaw was pretty funny - as was the quick cut to all the guys in their post eye exam glasses.

Does anyone know how many episodes of mind of the married man there is going to be?

Being a new fan of the series, having the chance to catch several episodes a day is great. Otherwise, it would take me forever to figure out: which episode is from which season; who's my favorite, Kramer or George; what you guys are talking about; George's anger stems from....what?; and so on.

Larry David is one of the funniest people on television. Last night's opening sequence was brilliant, I thought he was doing a take-off on The Sopranos! Later, when he was explaining to Richard Lewis how he landed the gig with Scorcese, I found it all the more hilarious. But what was up with the mother storyline? It's meant to be a comedy, yes, but the way he used her death as a means to avoid certain social obligations was, to me, a bit off.
