Kramer is a very funny character & I like the Seinfeld show, but... the Kramer character borrows from the Jim Ignatowski [Sp?] on TAXI. There is nothing wrong with this, but I see a lot of similarities. Yes, there are big differences, but the style of the weird/funny/enigmatic/ 'culty' guy is the same.
PS - Howard Stern did a really funny parody of Jerry & Shoshana to the tune of Janis Ian's "At Seventeen". The lyrics are in the new HS book. If you are in a bookstore, you can sing it to yourself when nobody is looking.
