When watching the DVDs, do you find that you remember the material cut for syndication?

I've watched seasons 8 & 9 recently and I've found that I remember just a very small percentage of the restored material.

I don't know for sure: I also saw them recently on DVD but I cannot remember the TV broadcasts as lively to compare... Anyway, I find the DVDs fantastic: I really like all the interviews and deleted scenes: these goodies shed a lot of light on the details behind the details...

I've noticed on the previous sets, didn't notice as much on 8 or 9.
