Nope, I think she was his girlfriend during the free dry cleaning phase, who pretended to be his wife so she could also get the dry cleaning deal. The girl you are thinking of, I believe, was also on an old, incredibly crappy show called Square Pegs. I don't recall her name, and if you don't recall the other show I mentioned, you're a much luckier man than I. She also did a movie with Michael J. Fox. (Bright Lights, Big City?).
