What kind of a show was this? SNORING BORING!!!!

i'm with 323319... tonight's show didn't come close to its usual hilarity. and we can moan and bitch about it if we want...there's nothing wrong with expecting quality in the final episodes of our favorite show. by the way, has anyone else noticed this...outdoor scenes just aren't as funny. parts of friends tonight were also outdoors, and they just weren't funny.

I can't think of too many shows that were still funny in their final year. Actually the only one I can think of is "Taxi". The writers get burn out and the actors lose their edge and spontinuity.

In my opinion, Cheers maintained a very high level of comedy during it's last season, especially the last five episodes. Does anyone remember the one where Carla made one of her potent drinks, then slept with someone yet she couldn't remember who? When she found out it was Paul, Sam took off his hairpiece so she wouldn't feel so bad.

I agree, I thought that tonight's ep was hilarious. This show doesn't quit, it's funny right up to the bitter end. I'm gonna miss this series.
