I know the Puerto Rico Day episode has been pulled from syndication, but has the same fate befalled the ep. where Kramer is mistaken for a retarded person because of the novocaine? I haven't seen this episode in ages, so I smell a rat. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

I've already heard about it, but I don't know the whole story.... Why is 'The Puerto Rican Day' banned? I live in Europe and I've seen this episode when they first aired it, in 1998 or so...It's absolutely not banned here in Europe.

It was banned in the US because of Kramer burning the Puerto Rican flag. I guess not all Puerto Rican's liked this. I think it's BS because it was just very funny especially when Cedric and Bob get in the action.
