One of my favourite things about seinfeld is when george acts like he did in the note when Raymond the massage-guy is asking him questions and hes like really out of it
How many times has this happened to George i thought it was something like 3 times but only remember this episode

George was really out of it when visiting his mother in the hospital in both "The Contest" and "The Outing". In the first episode his cousin Shelly is asking him questions as he's pre-occupied with the female-female sponge bath; then it's his mother he zones out as he watches the male-male sponge bath in "The Outing". Those are hilarious moments.
I remember an ep where JLD is talking to George (but it might have been jerry), and says somthing like "NASA called. We're going to mars".

This is also in "The Conest" - if we're thinking of the same thing. When Jerry and George are staring out the window at the naked woman across the street (and Karmer is meanwhile losing the contest across the hall), Elaine walks in Jerry's place and starts talking. She realizes no one is listening to her and says that NASA called and she's going on the space shuttle. I think it was Jerry who says, "Umm, yeah, the waitress should have taken it back" while continuing to ogle his neighbor.
