Mark's Michelle is a dog - again

Hi everyone! Since I didn't get any answers last time I asked this, I'll try again...

This is part of transcript of "THE SECRETARY" episode:

--------------- (Jerry turns and walks up to the counter. George wonders about the lobby area)

Jerry: Hi Willie. Willie: Hey Jerry. Mark's Michelle is a dog. Jerry: I got this stuff and ah my mother's fur coat for storage. Willie: What are you doing with it? Jerry: Ah, she keeps it in my apartment for when she comes up from Florida. ---------------

I do not understand what does expresion "Mark's Michelle is a dog" mean. Can anyone please explain it to me? I don't see that Jerry is paying much attention to that part of Willie's sentence so I asume it's a phrase of some kind, but I'm not sure... Anyone? This really bugs me.

I'm pretty sure what I told you is the truth. Nobody refuted it anyway. It is a nonsense phrase hidden in the scripts. This is an aid to catch people who might try to use it without permission from the person who transcribed it.

A Google search shows that the phrase was at one point also in transcriptions for The Couch and The English Patient, where it would also appear at meaningless times. So it probably is a 'catch'. It's like the story of Lt 'Philip' Columbo, Trivial pursuit and $265,000,000. Alan
