I never really thought of this before but Kramer very often acts just like Jim Ignetowsky (sp) from Taxi. I mean think about it: - they're both just completely wacky, off the wall characters - very often they both try to speak seriously or something but fail because they are so crazy - they even speak in the same sort of slow, stoney voice sometimes - finally, they both are charcters on a show that completely rules.
There are more similarities but I can't think of them now.
