This episode was great! The only problem I forsee is for those of us in the world who routinely use (or used) "yadda yadda" in normal conversation as a substitute for "to make a long story short." We will no longer be able to do this, for fear that we might be seen as trying to "jump on the bandwagon" and lamely quote the latest episode.... I think this is a small price to pay for such a great episode, though. (I've been using the "yadda" for at least 10 years, although I doubt anyone will believe this, thinking I'm merely being "Seinfeld-trendy.")

My history teacher (really a student teacher, but who led the class the whole second semester) CONSTANTLY uses the yadda yadda. He was born and raised for most of his life in the Boston area, which is where he (and I) are now, but he lived in Georgia for a while...we're all convinced that it's a "Georgia" thing. Georgia...George...connection? Okay, it's a long shot... :)

Actually, 'yadda yadda yadda' has been in use for a long time. About 10 years ago, a pair of local radio station (South Florida) DJs came out with a song parody album. Lots of cheap shots, but the kicker was the album cover/title. It was a total takeoff on the Police album; Zenyatta Mondatta, called, you guessed it, Yatta Yatta Yatta. (Yeah, they used the alternate spelling), and this was like 1986.
