How come Jerry's and George's girlfriends are always so attractive?

Did you ever notice...Jerry's and George's girlfriends are what most would describe as attractive, to very attractive? And Jerry and George aren't exactly babes themselves? What do these guys have that's attracting these type of women? I think maybe it's a case of male writers and their perfect world fantasies. Don't get me wrong, looks aren't everything, but in the real world, most people hook up with people who are roughly their equals, in the looks department. What episode is this from: Kramer: "Excuse me madam, but may I have one of these?" ??

It's understandable that Jerry gets good looking women. He's a well-known comedian. George, on the other hand, is repulsive, both physically and personably. Come to think of it, Jerry, George, and Elaine are all truly horrible people. Kramer is the only one who has any redeeming qualities at all. ******Patrick LLewellyn**************

Maybe this is too simplistic but, with regards to Jerry, it is his show. Having a sitcom named after yourself should have some fringe benefits, right. George and Kramer, however, defy explanation.

I don't think it is that uncommon for men to date woman that are better looking then they are. Most of the girls I've dated have been at least somewhat better looking than I am. And I've known a lot of girls who date guys that are way below their looks. One of the most beautiful girls I've ever known in my life was dating one of the ugliest guys I've ever known. (And she wouldn't break up with him to go out with me, that is what really hurt) And as a bisexual I would say on average, woman are better looking than men, not always of course, but for the most part. And anyway, I find Jerry and George to both be rather attractive. I would love to date a comedian, and George may not be gorgeous, but his twisted mind and neurotic personality turn me on. Maybe others feel the same way.

People often date people who are better looking/worse looking (depends on which way you look at it) than they are though theory states that these relationships don't last long.
