building exteriors

Please excuse me if this has been discussed before, but can anyone tell me where the exterior shot of the restaurant they hang out in is from? I mean the one that has the big "RESTAURANT" sign along both sides of the place (where George told them the story of the whale last week). It looks so familiar to me, but I can't place it. I know the interior is probably a set, but I'm interested in the exterior shot.

I did see the Peter McManus Pub exterior once (7th ave in the 20s?). Very exciting. It's where I met my husband-to-be in 1986 :-)
