The Deal Door

I just watched The Deal. Anyone notice that when Kramer gives Elaine her birthday gift that the door behind him his open, then the camera cuts to Elaine, when the camera gets back to Kramer the door is closed, then the camera cuts to Elaine again, then when it comes back to Kramer the door is opened again.
