After doing many weeks of research I have found that the computer on Jerries desk is none other than a Trs-80 Model 1, circa 1981.

That should end this debate once and for all.

I had an old trs=80, but I'm not sure if it was a model 1, I think a model one was the one that you had to twist the rubber bands really tight in order for it to work. Anyway I don't remember having a floppy drive on it, but rather a cassette type cartridge opening. I'm almost sure that Jerry's has a 5 1/4 floppy drive, at least that is what I thought I saw on it.
