Life imitating art...or...art imitating life, Department.
My wife recently returned from the grocery store with a box of Multi-Grain Cheerios. (I recall Jerry flashing a box of this product in one of the episodes this year. I don't think this is why my wife bought a box, but who knows?)
Anyhow, on the back of the box was a picture of the Sein, talking on the phone...with the text; "Free with 2 box tops 'Best of' Seinfeld. 100th Episode videotape offer". A small portion of the ad urged watching the syndicated Seinfeld show. Two box tops from the above mentioned cereal or boxtops from three other mentined General Mills products will net you the tape.
I guess this is how the marketing weasels at NBC and General Mills have defined their target audience.
Any more questions why commercial products are so frequently shown on any number of TV shows?
