As George is getting out of the car - he says something about not having anything against Dianetics. Then he claims something like "I didn't know...." or "If I had known...." to the woman before she drives away.

This is how I remember it:

After she screams "Get Out" George exclaims, "But I don't even know L. Ron Hubbard!!"

Then I think he or Jerry says something like "Scientologists are really sensitive."
