i have a difficult time following even slightly convoluted movie plots. i'm glad jerry confessed he does too. i'm no longer alone in the world. anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, me too. I find unless the movie is extremely interesting (rarely, these days), my mind wanders and I lose track of the plot or the characters.

Yes, and thank God for videotape, so I can keep replaying scenes where the dialogue was hard to hear, or the plot was hard to understand.
I was able to follow the general idea of "Godzilla" however.....and although I never made it to see "Titanic," I always thought "hey, if I'm not mistaken, the thing sinks." So, thank God for plots for simpletons, too!
