I am really sick and tired of the constant threads which start out just fine with "Tonight's episode was great/sucked" etc., but then quickly degenerate into "Anyone who hated this ep is not a true fan," or "Anyone who liked this ep is a moron". This just starts needless flame wars. Hell, I loved "Bizarro Jerry"...in my heart of hearts, I can't see why some people dislike it so...BUT, I realize that different people find different things funny, and that just because we all love "Seinfeld" doesn't mean that we all like the same bits or episodes. Another example is Thursday's "The Little Kicks". I thought this was mediocre. I really expected to see it get slammed on this group. Surprisingly, the responses are about 50/50. But they all still include the obligatory "If you (liked/disliked) this ep, then you suck." comments. I think it's great that we have this newsgroup to discuss one or our favorite shows, but it bites that I and others have to sort through the flames and name-calling to find the information and discussion we're all looking for. Please, please, please...stop this. It's stupid. Let's just enjoy the show. Even if, in your opinion, the show becomes just as good as it was when it was in its prime, there are bound to be many people who think it's in the toilet. Thanks for reading.

First, you fail to get a rather obvious joke (check the smileyface), then you jump on people for your own misunderstanding. Anyone who's been reading newsgroups more than a month can tell that you didn't write "Anybody ..." and that you did write "Let me ask ..." because Jennifer left in all the indentation marks (>), so stop wasting everyone's time chastising people who do what they're supposed to be doing. (By the way, your newsreader is making it look like Jennifer didn't write what she wrote. The author attribution is supposed to be one indentation level out from what s/he wrote.)

When viewing the credits of the rerun with the comedian whose father had athlete's feet, I noticed that the funnyman? was played by Bobby Diamond. WELL SAID!! It gets pretty old hearing all the juvenile comments in here from people who feel "you suck" or "you're a moron" if you don't agree with them. Who the hell are they, to call someone else a bunch of names? I thought the idea of a newsgroup was to have INTELLIGENT discussions, where you APPRECIATE the opposite point of view. Intelligent discussion is one thing...inane name-calling and immaturity is quite another.
I totally agree!!! If there are long threads, I sometimes check the articles in the middle, only to find out that it says "You suck". After that, I think to myself "why are they not talking about the subject that the thread is referring to?" I have to read the very first article to see what the actual subject is and that STINKS!!!
