This is to answer some questions people had regarding the pilot, which I saw last night:
1. Brett Butler did not appear in this episode. Lee Garlington played the waitress at Pete's and did not appear as a character when the series was picked up.
2. Someone mentioned that they thought Jerry called Kramer "Kessler" in the pilot. I heard this, too, so I assume it was the character's name before the series was picked up.
3. I replied some time back that I thought Kramer did stand-up in the same clubs as Jerry. Someone replied that Kramer hadn't been out of his apartment in ten years, referring to the pilot. I heard this in the pilot and believe that it was not used when the actual series came out. I believed that I heard Kramer say that he did stand-up in an episode, but I'm not sure which one (it may have been "The Pez Dispenser" or an episode from the first season).
