I'm sick of it already. It's been the news for 6 months now!

Right around the time marketing decided it would be more "in character" to have Jerry portray his press-hype as if he was "embarrassed" to be making and promoting a cartoon for a studio... (Eg., the first "meta-trailers", and the "We're not desperate!" Cannes stunt)

Good observation. Adam Sandler does the same schtick at every junket. He's really perfected that "pretending-to-be-overwhelmed-by- it-all" routine.

I would have thought it could NOT not be funny.

Everybody who watched "Seinfeld" knows that the show really dropped in quality after Larry David left. That's when it really did become "a show about nothing."

Just like Seinfeld's stand-up comedy.

It is with deep regret that I claim agreement with RichA. I have never in my life found Seinfeld funny, and in fact I find his smug sense of self-assuredness massively annoying.

Yep, Seinfeld's "comedy" is completely unfunny.

The TV show was good, but not because of Jerry's standup. Jerry served as a straight man for the more funny characters. The plots had some old-school Abbott and Costello type routines along with creative guest characters, that's what made it work.

All indications are "Bee Movie" is terrible.

The local paper where I live rates movies not with stars, but with a school type grade (A, B, C, D, F, with a possible plus or minus). The reviewer gave "Bee Movie" a "B". I believe this was an attempt by the reviewer to be cute, not a realistic grade.

They did a promo for "Bee Movie" during an early episode of Everybody Hates Chris this season. As we know from Adam Sandler movies, including Chris Rock isn't enough to save a bad movie.

Celebrity voices for cartoon characters is way overrated. Little kids won't recognize the voice, and adults/teens won't be impressed by a bad actor.

I have never liked Seinfeld's comedy. I just do not find it to be funny. Stupid is what comes to mind.
